- If you don't see the answer to your question in our FAQ, then look in the MozyHome Windows Client Manual (PDF). It contains detailed setup and configuration instructions for almost every situation.
- If you want help from a human, contact our friendly tech support team at homesupport@mozy.com. They'll be glad to help you out.
- If you decide to upgrade to MozyHome Unlimited, you'll have free access to technical support agents through online chat. This can be a convenient way to have your questions answered quickly.
We know you have lots of options for backing up your precious files, and we're very happy you've chosen MozyHome. Hopefully you won't have any issues getting MozyHome working on your computer, but if you do, now you know what to do. If you're getting less than that, it could be because: 1- your internet provider caps your upload speed. 2- other programs are running that are using bandwidth. 3- your Mozy settings are set to throttle your bandwidth.
